I was wondering, I always have breakfast snack lunch dinner, and for breakfast lunch and dinner I ALWAYS have 1 item from each food group because I feel that will give me the nourishment I need, but latley I have been packing on some pounds(about 2-3) in the past month from eating about 500 calories more than I used to because I jsut started incorperating every food group in all my meals. I was wondering, can I still be healthy AND not have to have each food group at every meal because it's jsut too many extra calories?
If anything I have more carbs than anything in my diet but every single thing I eat is HEALTHY...I'm a health freak Oh and my portions are REGULAR SIZE PORTIONS ex.1cup cereal.1cup couscous |
