I am not trying to do any crazy crash diets or lose 50lbs in 3days or whatever people on here try to do I know thats not healthy or possible! But I Really need help with some EASY recipes for quick lunch and dinner. Here is how my daily plan goes right now....
Breakfast- one packet of oatmeal with chopped up fresh banana Snack - low fat yogurt or some kind of fruit (grapes, apple or banana) Lunch- salad, grilled chicken Snack- More fruit of some kind Dinner-Something with mixed veggies, brown rice, wheat bread and low fat chicken. Oh and water with everything except for lunch and dinner I have a dragonfruit vitamin water. What else can I add or do you know any good sites with easy healthy recipes? Everything I have found has tons of little ingredients that Ive never heard of I want something simple. And I really don't like fish so I try to stick to chicken or turkey. Please give me some suggestions, thanks! |

here are some food suggestions of things to eat while on a diet:
tofu (it looks interesting but it is good and you can add it to almost anything including your salad) peanut butter and celeray (peanut butter the good kind of fat) nonfat cottage cheese and pineapple fruits and vegetables soy meal starter product instead of meat (it comes in flavors of meat such sa ground beef and chicken) hope these help a little. |
