i will try to make this short. i am about 20 weeks pregnant, this is my fourth pregnancy (well 4th one that has made it past 3 months) just to make it clear i know what i should and shouldn't eat as far as nutrition goes. my question is this.. almost every night i really want carbs (chips mostly) i feel like i am starved so i will eat a piece of string cheese, and that doesn't do the trick so i eat a handful of grapes, then a couple slices of chicken, a banana, on and on still feeling like i am starving and the only thing that will satisfy is a couple handfuls of chips. i know this isn't good to eat late in the evening, i know all the grazing i do before hand isn't good, but it really is like i am starving and can't help myself. is there something that i can eat other that the bad carbs that will trick my mind into making me feel satisfied and not make me gain the usual 65 pounds i generally gain with my pregnancies. i don't overeat any other time just at night. thanks in advance!
