okay so i'm going to start trying to lose weight. i'm not going to starve myself or anything, i'm going to work out and eat healthy. but eating healthy is the hardest part for me. not stopping the fatty foods, but I DON'T KNOW WHAT FOODS ARE HEALTHY. that's pretty much the problem. like, people say eat this much amount of carbs, this much amount of protein. it's so confusing to me. can anybody give me a helpful website or some examples of food groups like that?

chicken breast, grilled or baked no red meat. fish grilled or baked, no red meat. and a balance of fruits and vegetables. if you don't like to cook buy your food at a grocery store like Whole Foods, their products are all natural and not processed or have any preservatives added. and stay away from fast food and sweats there is nothing healthy you can get at McDonald's not even the salad.

Just mainly cut out the sugars and greasy foods, I use alot of grilled chicken and eat alot of fruit. I hate salad so that is what I do. Not alot of seasonings or condiments, you can use bread, NO CHEESE. It sucks but it works. When you get sick of chicken eat a few sandwiches with different types of foods. Remember though to reward yourself every now and then like once every two weeks have a nice steak dinner or something
