Hello Everyone, I started using Atkins Diet on Jun 1 and lost 13 pounds till Jun 12. However, the weight keep the same in recent four days. Is it normal? BTW, my blood pressure dropped from 100/160 to 80/110.
I cheated a little bit in the first two weeks. Have green peas and nuts for several times. But did not have them since Jun 11. Will this be a problem for the stall? I only eat eggs, lamb, pork, chicken, fish, shrimp, sesame oil, also green leaves veggies. |
