Default Big Breakfast Not Tied To Fewer Daily Calories
I have read a new article which will probably change the way other dieters perceive of eating a heavy breakfast. Some say that if you eat a big breakfast, you will most likely have fewer calories per day. Researchers in Germany found that those who ate a breakfast with 400 calories more than a small breakfast tend to eat 400 more calories per day. Do you believe in this observation?
