Default Easiest Way To Detoxify
We all know that detoxification is a process of flushing out toxins from our body for a healthier body and well being. This is the easiest way to regain your vitality and allow your body to repair and clean itself. Through detoxification, we can successfully help the body in eliminating dangerous toxins, chemicals, metals, parasites and other unwanted substances from our body.

There is an easy way to cleanse the body without spending too much and that is by a method called Master Cleanser. It involves eating no solid food but instead, you drink a mixture of water, lemon juice, Grade B maple syrup, and Cayenne pepper. The rule is very easy. Just drink 6-12 glasses of this Master Cleanser recipe every single day for 10 days. Here is a simple and easy to do recipe for you all.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons lemon (or lime) juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 tablespoons of genuine "grade B" maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)
1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper
1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) of water, room temperature

Just combine all the above ingredients in a jar and shake together.

Of course the detoxification process isn't easy because you don't get to eat any solid foods for a week so you have to prepare yourself and make sure that are 100% committed to it. Of course it'll be worth it considering that you have so much to gain!
