Oh yeah totally you'll never know which how the allergy will attack your body. I am allergic to almost all kinds of seafood except for fish. When I innocently eat any of the foods I am allergic to, I turn to red. There are rashes all over and my whole body itches. I have to take an antihistamine to relieve from the condition. It's really awful but I think it's better than not being able to breathe.

I have difficulty breathing every time I eat foods I am allergic to like too much msg, low calorie foods or drinks, and melon seeds. It isn't that bad because I can just avoid them to keep away from the attack. There was one time though when I was brought to the hospital while at work because I ate a low calorie gum
