i have a problem i am 15 years old i have 57 pounds and 168 cm i can`t lose weight,i have tried a lot of diets and they were working cause i lost 4 pounds but then they just stoped working i tried everything,now i am on dukans diet but it isn`t working,and school is starting in 5 days i need to lose 2 more pounds,can anyone give me some advice pleasee??

Hi ashley. Thanks for joining us. I'm a little confused. Are you overweight by 57 pounds or do you weight 57 pounds now? You mentioned you need to lose 2 pounds in 5 days. That's a little extreme but it is possible. I wouldn't advice it though. Have you tried low calorie diet? If you do it right, you could lose weight.

Losing 2 pounds in 5 days is really possible if you only eat fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly. Do you weigh 57 lbs or maybe you mean 57 kgs? If lbs that's only about 26 kgs and I don't you have nothing to worry. Weighing 57kgs though maybe an issue for a 15 year old lady. Exercise everyday and avoid sweets and preservatives and you'll be okay.
