Default Hypnosis for Weight Loss?
As we all know, hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness achieved with the help of a hypnotherapist. When a person is under hypnosis, they are more responsive to suggestions (like making healthier food choices, new eating pattern or even change their habits) that could help them lose weight.

Some says it's good for those who struggle to commit with their diet and exercise since hypnotic suggestions might help them get back on track. However, there are no guarantees that it may actually work.

This option might not work for everyone since not all people are hypnotizable. In fact, I'm one of them.

I don't think hypnotism will work, although I've read that it worked for some people. I'm not sure if I'm hypnotizable. I'm scared to even try =D

I agree with you abel.adley, however, we can't really blame people from trying out all the options available to help them lose weight. I'm sure they have their own reasons why they can't do it on their own.

I honestly don't see the point in any of that hyponosis bologna. If you really want to lose weight, have some self-control and exercise if you have the time. I don't mean to be harsh, but people spend so much money on such pointless things, when all you need is self-control. If you're really motivated and you really want to lose weight, just do it.
