Default Calories Burned
Want to know how much calories you burn when you go to the gym for 30 minutes? Or if you jog for an hour? Here is another calculator that I know you all will love. Know if you are burning enough calories or if you need to do more exercises to achieve your goals. I use this calculator so I know if I am burning enough calories on the form of exercise I choose and it's really very helpful. If you want to try this, here is the link.

Thanks for the link. I will definitely try it. Good thing you posted it here. I would really like to know how much calories I'm burning. I don't go beyond my calorie intake limit so I'm not really worried. I just want to know if I am giving my body enough exercise that I need.

I am surprised to learn that 2 hour of dancing helps me burn 275 calories! This is great to know and very helpful in keeping me fit. If I eat a lot of chocolates then I can dance for 2 hours and I'll be able to burn lots of calories. Thanks for sharing this with us. This will help me know how long to spend exercising to burn my my target calorie everyday

That's great! I can do that too. I was actually planning on spending more time exercising aside from just walking around and playing games. I'll try dancing or taebo at home to keep me more fit.

I want to do more exercises to keep me more energized too. I was thinking of biking in the neighborhood in the morning or after work. I will burn 261 calories if I spend 1 hour biking. I just knew that. It's funny because I just count my calorie intake but I don't know how to count how much calories I lose when I exercise. It's really good to know. Thanks again for the calculator mikaela.
