Body Mass Index or BMI is a tool for indicating weight status in adults. It is a measure of weight for height to if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, overweight or obese.

I am happy to say that I also have a healthy BMI. Thanks for providing us the link.
@kathy: you can put on some weight if you really want to. Just make sure that you eat right and you avoid junk foods. Some people think that they can eat every junk food they want to eat because they don't gain a pound, but you have to consider your health. You may not be fat but you may also not be healthy. Dieting is not about depriving yourself of food or skipping meals, it's about choosing to eat healthy foods and avoiding the junks ![]() |
