Default How To Calculate BMI
Body Mass Index or BMI is a tool for indicating weight status in adults. It is a measure of weight for height to if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, overweight or obese.

I have found a website that can measure your BMI and know if your weight is in proportion with your height. Here is the link:

I'm underweight... It's sad because I don't want that. I want to be healthy but I think I'm pushing myself too much

I tried the calculator the moment I saw this thread and I am glad that you shared this with us . I'm happy because I have a healthy body mass index, which means that I am doing a great job. I am healthy and at the same time not starving myself.

I am happy to say that I also have a healthy BMI. Thanks for providing us the link.

@kathy: you can put on some weight if you really want to. Just make sure that you eat right and you avoid junk foods. Some people think that they can eat every junk food they want to eat because they don't gain a pound, but you have to consider your health. You may not be fat but you may also not be healthy. Dieting is not about depriving yourself of food or skipping meals, it's about choosing to eat healthy foods and avoiding the junks

That's great to hear. Calculating your BMI will give you a better picture of your weight and height proportion. In your case, you think you are healthy but you are not. Listen to your body and you will know what is going on. I hope this helps
