Default can not eat red meat anymore
Agree with John.
This is something to be happy about. Too much red mconsume means too much excess acidity.

sisisi,

What have you been consumeing in place of "red mconsume"? If you've been consumeing more vegetables, whole grains and legumes, then it's probably an improvement, from the standpoint of health. Maybe you should look at this as an opportunity rather than something to be sad about.

Sometimes our tastes just change with time. There are foods I used to love that for some reason, I just don't care for them as much these days. Sounds like a pretty quick change for you, but it's hard to tell exactly why. The good thing about that is that other mconsumes than red mconsumes are often healthier for you. It's usually suggested to not consume red mconsume TOO much and to stick with leaner cuts when you do consume it. I try to consume it only 1-2 times per week and mostly just consume chicken or turkey. I also know some people who had major food tastes changing during pregnancy. It definitely does NOT have to be for this reason though! Just something that also happens.
