Anyone picking up wii fit to see if it can aid in weightloss?

Heh maybe the posts seem fairly similar.

Back to the point anyway
I have just picked up Wiifit, I played it at a friends for a while and liked it so much I had to play it more. Some of the later exercises are really difficult though! Have to hold some harsh poses.

Sounds very cool... its been hard spotting one in stock down where I am in Vancouver... hopefully it should be more widely available soon...

We have Wii Sports and Wii fit, but for weight loss I think maybe DDR is better. You burn more coz its more intense. Wiifit and wii sports is more controlled.

Who said that? Wii is better obviously because you can try more games. More games = more fun. DDR looks boring.

I've chatted to loads of people and plan to put the wii fit on my xmas wish list. One guy told me he achieved a six pack within weeks doing the skiing. Its got to be worth a go!

I wish I had more money to get a Wii. I'd love to see if that would help me lose more weight.
