The weight is on the label...raw. Then go to a site like http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts to find the nutrition components.
IF you get "Bed, Bath and Beyond: 20% off coupons", they NEVER expire. Use one to buy a scale. I bought the "Biggest Loser" one, the cheapest, and LOVE IT! Weigh...only way to do it. I got into the routine easily. Slap a little waxed paper on the scale. Turn it on. Weigh it. Meat is zero carbs...why weigh it? Just curious minds! Toni |
