LOL Matt... you're so funny!

"i started this lifestyle on September 3rd weighing in at 295 lbs and tonight on October 30th i weigh 235 lbs. I dont know how its falling off so fast."

Uhh... maybe THIS is the reason:

"Im eating plenty of food and getting my vitamins and veggies. I walk 2-4 miles per day and am drinking a gallon and a half of water per day."

You're working the plan... and the plan is working! Well done!!!

well i started this lifestyle on September 3rd weighing in at 295 lbs and tonight on October 30th i weigh 235 lbs. I dont know how its falling off so fast. Im eating plenty of food and getting my vitamins and veggies. I walk 2-4 miles per day and am drinking a gallon and a half of water per day. I feel great and look great. Im getting closer to my overall goal of 205 lbs. These forums have been very helpful.

WOW is right. Way to go, Matt! Why don't you start a new progress thread? I'd love to hear how it goes from now on. With only a lousy 7 pounds to go I get my motivation from folks on the fast losing track!

Maybe your terrific results are from not only your resolve ( I commend you! ) but all that walking! Your numbers are "Biggest Loser" numbers - WOW!

You know it "might" slow down, so IF it does a little, do NOT get discouraged. With your determination, it WILL come off. You will be at your goal in due time. Enjoy the journey!

My best to you!

Well after tonight i am 219.6 lbs before bed. This is 16 pounds less than when i checked in 20 days ago. I am still losing pretty quickly and expect to lose about .5 lbs a day until i reach my goal weight of 205 lbs. I have been working extremely hard and taking good care of myself and the results are mind blowing. To date i have lost 76 pounds in 79 days. Im excited to reach my goal.

no suggestions really, just work as hard as you can as safely as you can. I have been pushing myself physically to get to this point. I am also taking good care of myself and not killing myself either. Lots of small portions and tons and tons of water a day (2 gallons). After my workout today i was 213.2 lbs (im always really low after working out but never this low.). I am so close to my goal i cant wait. Now to just get through THANKSGIVING!

I dont expect many members to be visiting here on that day. If i recall a couple yeas back i asked some folks how thier day went and didnt get many answers

i made it through then and i can make it through now. Just take it one day at a time and everyone can have this type of success.

This Thanksgiving I am doing just my son and me, with the full meal. I can only eat the appetizer, turkey, veggie side and dessert. I'LL BE FINE DOING THAT~ I am TOTALLY SKIPPING the mashed potatoes and gravy, and dressing I will make for the son, and take home with him.

I have the willpower. It is JUST NOT WORTH IT!

Zookerman, make a deal with you. YOU post your success getting through Thanksgiving and I PROMISE, at about 9 or 10 EST to post MINE!

WE can do this!

Loved your pictures on the other post...you are adorable and WOW what a difference, your wife is so very pretty and the pup is cute as a button. What a NICE family!

With all that going for you, you cannot HELP to be motivated to be fit!
