Default Anyone feel heavy legs
I am on my third day of induction. I am 5"6 and weighs 160 pounds and I am doing Atkins to lose my belly fat.

The first two days were fine. But starting today I feel deprived my legs are sore and heavy. I used to jog 2 miles everyday after work and now I can barely finish 1 mile. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Or am I not eating right?

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, half an avocado
Lunch: Salmon and chicken wings. Baby spinach salad
Dinner: Tilapia fillet, squash, cucumber
Plus: multi-vatimin

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, bacon, mushroom
Lunch: Steak, spinach
Dinner: Duck breast, cucumber
Plus: multi-vatimin
