That sounds delicious Tracy. I am a big fan of Cauli and Brocc - so it's always good to see a new method to try out

Tho I have to say - not loving the price of Broccoli in our Supermarkets atm

yeah, that's the rub - but i always buy frozen - which sometimes isn't any cheaper, just already washed and cut, so i figure for me it's worth it!

hey - out of curiosity, how much IS it??

here it's $3.49 for a 500 gram bag of frozen, but the mixed with caul is $2-something for the bag...not sure how much it is fresh at the moment, but fluctuates from 2.99 a kg to $7... (!)

Default you know, i really love:
roasted cauliflower and broccoli. i am sick with a nasty cold at the moment, and was really wanting a "treat" - well, my treat was roasted b&c in olive oil (not to be confused with Olive Oil) with onion powder, salt, cayenne pepper and dipped in mayo. oh YES! gosh i love it. -

i know, i sound like a freak! well, i'll be a healthy freak anyway! -

ps - this was had with steak for lunch....man, we eat WELL, don't we?!?!?
