Default Taste and smell of food lately
Hi,
I have been using the woe since last August. The last few months I have yo-yoed between no carbs and carbs. Recently I began to try to start induction. In the last few weeks I have become completely repulsed by meat and everything I try to eat smells and tastes like dirty socks.

Am I going crazy? Has anyone else ever had anything similar at all?

Thanks for your help.

Could you be pregnant? I remember not being able to even LOOK at raw meat... let alone actually touch it or eat it. BLECH!

I hope it's a cold...

Or surgery for hemrrhoids. I don't think I could be pregnant unless my tubes came untied :x If I am I might just hurl myself off a cliff.

Thanks for the input.

Kage, dumb question, but how much variety are you putting in your WOE? When I first did this, I had eggs, eggs, eggs to the point I thought I was gaining feathers and would surely upchuck if I saw anything laid by poultry. The same thing happened with chicken and tuna salad because of the mayo. Just couldn't handle it.

When I shifted to alternatives, even for a day or two, the problems went away.

Just a thought and don't you dare jump off a cliff!!
