current weight 178 - this is from thursday australia-time
thank goodness finally down a pound (been stalled a couple weeks til i started food tracking on fitday ![]() i think i'll keep my march goal at 178 - and maybe i'll be happily surprised! ![]() tracy oh, did bodypump and another session at the gym this week. |

Wednesday update. Up 1 pound since last week
![]() LeAnn 3/11 148.5 Although I was very good, I was stuck all last week at 147.5 ![]() Then, my only indiscretions last weekend came in the form of 3 small biscuits at Red Lobster. Overall, I feel I should have recovered since then since I've been good this week. But unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. Added exercise but that didn't do it either. :x I could be in for a long stall. Last time I lost this much weight was in 2003 when I lost 39 pounds. My weight stalled out between 144 and 146 for a month. I have lost 35 pounds so far this time around. So this could be a while. ![]() |
