Why March madness? Because it would be MADNESS to not take advantage of this month and lose some weight. We all know that March comes in like a lion (as I sit here watching yet another major snowstorm dump more of the white stuff on us) and out like a lamb. Lamb? Yes... lamb... and that means less layers, less coverage, more showing.

mmmm, laaaammmbbbb
whoo, okay, i'm back.... had lamb for dinner last night with roasted brocc, cauli, and pumpkin (yes, in australia we eat it as a veg ![]() anyway, i'm in too - lets seeeeeee since i'm still not sure how to predict my weightloss on induction, i'll take it easy with: starting/current: 183 goal for march: 178 Tracy ps - thanks Tril, you're a star! I figured that I should check in with this thread since we've roughly halfway through the month.
275.8 as of this morning - looking real good to hit my goal this month , but experience tells me I'm going to slowly gain all week only to lose big on the weekends. Since the end of the month is in the middle of the week, that should make things interesting ![]() |

i, on the other hand, am afraid to get on my scale....up like 4 pounds yesterday! i know this hormonal time may be making my scale angry (i don't remember what happened last month, and we were offline, so no digital record of last month's possible (my scale was wonky as well) fluctuations.
so maybe this month is the benchmark for just how much my weight willfluctuate in a cycle (sorry guys; that's how it is for us girlies..ahem....grease! muscles, transmission, football! - there, just for you! ![]() anyway - haven'tbeen doing anything wrong/different - except that i've discovered that my "one cup" of cauliflower is actually 2....which only brings my count up 2 grams....have corrected that now though (loving roasted cauliflower!) so we shall see..... stopping now. tracy |

Wednesday update. Up 1/2 pound since last week. My fault. Haven't been serious enough. Being in the 140's I really am in my ideal weight range (I'm 5'10").
Would like to lose 5-10 pounds but because I am so close, I am just not as dedicated as I should be. And someone brought treats in yesterday (St. Patrick's day). Brownies and cupcakes were calling me all day. LeAnn 3/18 149 |
