Why March madness? Because it would be MADNESS to not take advantage of this month and lose some weight. We all know that March comes in like a lion (as I sit here watching yet another major snowstorm dump more of the white stuff on us) and out like a lamb. Lamb? Yes... lamb... and that means less layers, less coverage, more showing.

whoo, okay, i'm back.... had lamb for dinner last night with roasted brocc, cauli, and pumpkin (yes, in australia we eat it as a veg ![]() anyway, i'm in too - lets seeeeeee since i'm still not sure how to predict my weightloss on induction, i'll take it easy with: starting/current: 183 goal for march: 178 Tracy ps - thanks Tril, you're a star!
