![]() This is my first day on atkins & also my first post, just wanted to get some advice on what im doing coz i really dont have a clue?! Im confused about how i measure my dairy products (cheese mainly) how i measure net carbs, how much cream i am aloud with meals & if i can eat strawberries (some places say yes, others no) Heres todays menu... Breakfast 3 slices of bacon (fried) 1 egg (fried) Lunch 2 slices of bacon (fried) Feta cheese 5 cherry tomatoes Dinner Stir fry steak with 2 table spoons of double cream small amount of lettuce 1 cup of mixed veg (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots) cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon of mayo I was still really hungry so i had 3 strawberries with double cream 3 cups of coffee with semi skimmed milk & sweetners Am i anywhere near on the right track?! My stomach feels full but i dont feel satisfied? maybe im craving & have to give my body some time to get used to no carbs? Any help would be appreciated ![]() Thankyou! |
