Anything on the list can be a snack... from a few olives to a ham and cream cheese roll up. Just figure the carbs into your daily plan.

I keeps pork rinds (is pork scatchings the same thing) on hand. I like the hot and spicey ones the best.

Also I snack on cheese sticks with lettuce wrapped around it, or a small cucumber with thin layer of cream cheese on it, celery stick with cottage cheese on it. A small amount of nuts, and I keep boiled eggs on hand and I will make deviled eggs with one. Chicken salad or tuna salad on celery sticks.

I think scratchings are different - they have a thick layer of fat still attached and are only salted, I've never seen them with other flavourings. I make my own now because they are expensive. Google 'Hairy Bar Snacks' to see them and let me know the difference ( why the name? Cos they used to have bits of hair and sometimes a pigs nipple included - they're a bit more quality controlled now!)

Be suspicious of anything in a packet folks! I got really excited when I found beef jerky in a few flavours - read the back of the packet; 12.9 grams of sugars per 100 grams! In beef jerky?????????
