I've been doing the workouts but only the cardio, not the weights. I could do better but just keep running out of time.
But I am pleased, the weight loss has finally kicked in again, I am now down 26.5 pounds. ![]() Although that is only 2.5 pounds in about 12 days, I can't complain about a stall. Anytime I gained or plateau'd, I knew exactly why, so I have no one to blame but myself. |
