Default Breakfast HELP!
I admit, I have skipped breakfast a few times........ Rare but it has happened.

I am looking into fast options, I have typically been eating an egg and bacon or ham, but work is a bit crazy and I leave by 630 Am... I am trying to find an easy, fast breakfast option... I looked at Instant Breakfast but they don't fit, does anyone have any suggestions?

Fried or scrambled eggs take no more time than mixing a "b'fast drink" does. I can have two eggs ready to eat in less than 2 minutes. Skip the bacon and just eat 2 eggs.

Blue's quiche suggestion is the best one, though... throw it in a baggie and eat it cold if you need to. This is also a good way to sneak some veggies into b'fast.

Or... eat finger food: cheese cubes, cucumber slices, meat slices, etc. You don't need a big b'fast.. just have SOMETHING.
