I know i posted something similar to this ealier but i think i may be doing something wrong.
Normally i have been losing about a pound every day or 2. However, the past 4 days i have lost nothing. I use the wii fit scale so it shows even if you have lost part of a pound. I measure it twice every morning to check and its the same weight and today i was more. I havent changed any foods that i normally eat. I havent changed the amount and ive been drinking my 8 glasses of water I have been going to the gym and have been swimming every day for about an hour for the past 3 days...could it be my muscles that are making my weight stay the same. Ive been on induction for 3 weeks now. I know weight loss will slow down but is it right to just suddenly stop. How much do people usually lose in there 3rd week? I'm probably over thinking this but i need some advice or reassurance so i dont give up ![]() Thank You |
