Over the long run - the average you are likely to see is 2-4lbs per week. And that isn't going to be a nice week in week out loss rate. Some weeks more, some weeks 0.

The first 10 lbs was probably mostly water weight. It would come right back if you stop. Most of the rest will have been fat. If you stop and return to your old way of eating, you will see the results your old way of eating provides - if you were gaining weight before, you will gain weight again.

Good Luck

The third week can be a killer week in terms of the scale moving - but things are happening. Give it time - I have stayed on induction for months without problems so in my opinion you are fine to stay where you are unless you want to move on to OWL.....but let's hear what the Atkins scholars have to say when they weigh in.

Sending good thoughts your way!!
