LIFE is challenging. We will always have celebrations, parties, dining out, family gatherings, holidays, vacations, disappointments, frustrations, deaths, births, etc in our lives. We have to learn that these "events" are life and make them part of our lifelong commitment to being healthy. We have to learn HOW to participate in life without destroying our bodies and our health in the process... and not use them as a reason or excuse for overly indulging ourselves. A little bit, yes. A lot, NO. For us, indulgences should be non-food as often as possible. LOL
