Default Trouble with eating enough calories...
So, I posted a thread in the progress board, but feel the specific question might be better posted here.

I am eating the right foods in induction (12-15 g of carbs from vegetables, lean meats/proteins, oils, eggs, etc.) Also drinking more than enough water.

My problem is I'm having trouble eating more than 1,000 calories a day so far on the diet.

Help?

FATS. Cheese. 3 to 4 oz of full fat cheese is 300 - 400 calories. Butter... olive oil... skin on the chicken.... mayo... full fat salad dressing...

Glad to hear you've add the veggies!

I guess salad dressings is what I'll do since they seem to be the easiest way to load up on calories, healthy fats, and still limit my carbs.

The veggies have been great: who would have known that I liked jicama?

MMMmmmm jicama! It's great dipped into Ranch dressing... or even chipotle mayo.
