Hello. It's great to be here
First of all, my stats: Male, 35 yrs. old 6'1" 226 lbs. Looking to get under 200 by mid-July I can eat the same foods over and over again with no problem. So I plan on eating chicken, spinach, other meats. Not a big fan of eggs. I see people's menus and it says one cup of this & that, but when it comes to the meats, there is no unit of measure. I'm not great on controlling portion size and I've always heard the myth of "You can all the meat you want on Atkins," etc., but if I want to have two pieces of chicken and a salad instead of one piece, is that allowed? What is the true reality on how much meat or poultry you can have per day? What about drinking milk? Thanks a lot....any other suggestions are appreciated |
