Here in the US every part of our country has different ways to describe different meals. I call the 3 meals per day, "Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner."
Some folks in the South call the evening meal, "Supper." I like to eat a light breakfast, a mid-day lunch, an afternoon little snack, and a light "supper" (OR) "dinner." So eating something at various times a day works better for me than 2 larger meals. I believe if you have several meals, it keeps your metabolism "working" and may aid in weight loss. Glad you liked cheese! It makes a good mid-day snack, or after dinner, if you get hungry before bed, a light snack. Hope you find some other foods you have not tried you might like! Toni |
