Hi all
been eating Atkins for a week now and wanted to track my progress - not that i have much of it just yet! Last March 10th i weighed in at 288 lbs and lost 5 stone (70 lbs) up till September on low Fat eating and exercise. Since then i have swithered arounf the same stone - going between 4 and 5 stone in total lost but not been able to shift it. Hopefully this forum will help keep me on track and let me see how far ive come - its easy to lose sight of the big picture and i feel just as big as i was last year despite being down more than 3 Uk Dress sizes (24/26 to an 18) Been plagued with chronic constipation since Thurs even though i ate bout my weight in Psylium husks over the weeknd! upped the veggies a bit and hopefully this will loosen things off!!
