This is my 2nd time around (1st time 60lbs lost) but never checked my Cholesterol. What have you seen in your levels since starting or maintaining a low carb lifestyle?
My 2nd time around results... Started 3 weeks ago and have lost 17lbs. New favorite snack: less than 1 carb per serving chicken nuggets. Also post any words of inspiration. I no longer crave sweets except for jello. Its sugar free, but it satisfies. Thanks J |
