Hi Tril,
I feel better today, it was yesterday that was rough! I have been eating my vitamins, I fill a 64 oz jug with H2O and a capful of lime juice...I drink it easily plus more usually! Used a colace just to be safe, feel awsome this morning... Breakfast; I have usually 2 eggs, scrambled on olive oil, with 1/4 or 1/2 avacado on the side and 2 TB of tomato (from a can with green chilis...1/2 C of this is 5 carbs so I feel safe with the 2 TB) Lunch; chicken sauteed' in olive oil with garlic, thrown on fresh spinach or romaine with 1/2 small chopped roma tomato, feta cheese and parmesan with caesar dressing(about 2 carbs worth of dressing) 5 black olives! Dinner; hamburger mixed with fresh chopped spinach mayo and topped with green onions! snacks are cheddar cheese, or sliced ham, plus a chai tea with cream and 1 pack of splenda! headache gone today and feel great...but day 2 and 3 were ishy. I hope to lose at least 20lbs in 2 months then if the 30 is unrealistic (going on vacation) |
