I am SO excited to have found this group! I find your stories so inspiring and I'm hopeful the support will help me stay focused and true to my goals this time.
I have a question for all of you... is there a program or is there software you use to keep track of your diet/goals/progress, etc? In the past, I've kept an Excel spreadsheet. But I have to think there's got to be a better way to log and keep track of say: Daily food intaka Daily carb intake Weight Exercise Measurements etc, etc Thanks all! |
