Hey guys,
So tonight we went for dinner at a steak house, and it was great. I tried to keep everything in check, but I ordered sweet potato cause I thought I'd seen it on the Atkins list. And it was really good, but I didn't eat all of it (probably left 1/4-1/3) then came home and found out that it's actually quite high up on the carbs. I'm desperate to do some exercise, but I'm so full at the moment that I think it'd be a bad idea. Any suggestions? I'm kinda upset at the thought of staying on track (said no to fries and all) I've still wound up going crazy on carbs. Planning on doing double exercise tomorrow if I can't manage any tonight, since it's also getting quite late. Argh! edit - I can already feel the effects of the carbs - I feel totally sluggish and so tired. I just want to go to bed! I feel so guilty ![]() |

dont worry last week i made the same mistake as i am in the induction phase day 3 i had a handful of nuts lol i was so scared but today was day 7 as i just lost 7 pounds.
so dont sweat it get back on track excersise but dont do too much especially if its your first few days i didnt excersise till day 3. and the first few days it will be hard but it gets better trust me . hang in there ![]() |

Well luckily I'm out of induction, and did it for 3 weeks.. Just annoyed/upset cause I thought I was being at least okay, if not good.
Oh well, it's done now, and I've slept off my carbs (felt terrible last night) and hoping to jump back on the elliptical pony (seeing as I can't jump on my real pony because its' raining. So much for getting back into riding this week!) |
