Hey guys,
So tonight we went for dinner at a steak house, and it was great. I tried to keep everything in check, but I ordered sweet potato cause I thought I'd seen it on the Atkins list. And it was really good, but I didn't eat all of it (probably left 1/4-1/3) then came home and found out that it's actually quite high up on the carbs. I'm desperate to do some exercise, but I'm so full at the moment that I think it'd be a bad idea. Any suggestions? I'm kinda upset at the thought of staying on track (said no to fries and all) I've still wound up going crazy on carbs. Planning on doing double exercise tomorrow if I can't manage any tonight, since it's also getting quite late. Argh! edit - I can already feel the effects of the carbs - I feel totally sluggish and so tired. I just want to go to bed! I feel so guilty ![]() |
