I totally agree with QueenJesh. Always weigh in the morning, after you "go" and before your shower. Preferably on the same scale as these can vary a bit.
If that just can't work because you don't have scales or for whatever reason, at least be consistent on the time and place. Like if you are weighing in at the gym. They sometimes have better scales than our home models. Good luck! |
