Congratulations on getting back onboard after only one week!
If you gained ten pounds in one week, it probably isn't all fat. Your body has probably retained a lot of bulk and water from your high carb week that will disappear quickly once you're back to a low carb lifestyle. I say that because it would take about 35000 extra calories to put on ten pound of fat. Thanks for sharing the emotional effects also. That's sure to be very motivating for the rest of us. |
