Hey--
I've been checking in here daily, although, not writing much. I have been doing well and been on induction for 7 weeks. My friend's wedding is coming up (the reason for sparking all this)... I leave in 4 days and it will be a week from today. Not sure if its the stress of seeing everyone or a boyfriend who is constantly bringing over sweets and dinners (full of carbs) that I tell him I will eat tomorrow (but have been throwing away)...but finally it all got to me and in the last two days I have been eating everything terrible for me in sight...I don't want to waste all my hard work..Just need a few kicks in the @$$ to tell me that I can get back on track and that it won't all be ruined. Sorry for the cry of mercy...but I need to hear it from someone in the same shoes....not someone who thinks I can eat whatever I want and look good. Thanks guys. CG |
