Hi Helen,
Welcome back to Atkins! change my eating for life That's the key, isn't it? You're really smart to think of it as a lifelong change. That's one reason I appreciate the four phases of Atkins. It really helps to gradually move from the more restrictive Induction phase all the way through to the lifelong maintenance phase. I'm on the tail end of OWL right now. I think my family is eating much healthier since I've been on Atkins. I serve lots of veggies and healthy proteins, but I also add a high carb (but healthy) dish for the non-Atkins eaters in my family. |
