Default For Sweet Cravings
I'm not sure where to post this but when I am having a sweet cravings, usually in the evenings after dinner I have found that a cup of French Vanilla tea, Bigelow brand, can find at most grocery stores. I have that with one packet of splenda. It is amazing! It tastes like birthday cake and the steam from the tea...heaven! And the hot tea really fills you up! Try it!

No sure about drinking liquid birthday cake. Might be worse than eating a popcorn flavored jellybelly. LOL

I LOVE BIGELOW brand tea but I might do a different flavor.

Thanks for the tip.

Has anyone tried the L-glutamine that Dr. Atkins recommended for sugar cravings?
