Your portions seem ok. If you are eating until you are pleasantly full, but not uncomfortable, you should be ok. Be sure to eat your three cups of veggies every day. Seems like you're doing that.

Are you drinking anything that you haven't listed? Sometimes that's the culprit for hidden carbs. After three days on an Induction diet, you should begin to see some weight loss, but it could take a week or so.

Its a guy thing (I assume rinker is male based on his pic).

Men lose (much) faster than ladies. 8)

Default Does this look right?
here is what i ate the last couple of days.

Day 1

Breakfast - 2eggs,1/2 cup mushrooms, cheddar cheese = 4 carbs

Snack - 1 hardboiled egg = 1 carb

Lunch - chicken strips, Broccoli = 1.5 carbs

Snack - 1 sugarfree jello cup

Dinner - Pork ribs, salad with lettuce, cheese, ranch dressing = 4 carbs

Altogehter = 10 for day 1

Day 2

Breakfast - salad ranch, lettuce, cheese, chicken = 4 carbs

snack - Hamburg with some cheddar cheese ( less than half cup)

Lunch - Steak, garlic, broccoli, onions = 5 carbs

snack - string cheese = 1carb

dinner - shrimp, salad with cheddar cheese, ranch.

altogether = 14 for day 2

Day 3

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and 2 pieces of bacon = 3

snack - string cheese = 1

Lunch - salad with chicken, lettuce, ranch dressing = 4

snack - Hardboiled egg no yolk = 0

Dinner - Steak, peppers, broccoli, onions = 8

Altogether = 16 for day 3

I also use butter when cooking the broccoli, and eggs.

and today I started with 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and 2 pieces of bacon.

Also correct me if you dont see right carbs. I check all the labels but more veggies dont have labels. So i use the online carb thing.

Thanks for all your help

seems A-OK. i would aim to get closer to 20 carbs, though. Check your ranch dressing label -- as you are eating this everyday -- to be sure that there is no sugar and its low carb.

good move on spacing out the food, too. Eat a little bit every few hours. Also, be sure to exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.

Good luck! 8)
