Hi Guys,
I am in need of some help! im new to this and really need to lose weight it's starting to affect my health now and i have two young kids.... im sick of starting diets and then falling off the wagon... i did Atkins years ago but i heard it's changed...or i was doing it wrong? I used to have 0 Carbs just meat, eggs, cheese i lost a load of weight around 3 stone i felt great...but it's back on over the years and i am at the end of my teather! i want to do this correct this time so i can keep it going.... im not a lover of veg but i am willing to eat anything that helps...so i know what meats i can have but im new to the 'Veg' side of this diet at the Mo my thoughts are Most meat Lots of drinking water Any ideas or tips guys? i know i will struggle to find something for Breakfast Thanks a million guys for any help....i need to save my LIFE!! Thanks P.S Anyone know where i can get the food lists of food with little or no Carbs? thanks |
