Yes, definitely eat something with protein and fat. They both curb your appetite much better than something with carbs. If you have veggies as a snack, be sure to include fat or protein with it.
Are you really hungry or are you "grazing"? I've been finding that when I am bored or anxious, I go to the fridg or cupboard out of habit. It pays to have Atkins-friendly snacks all prepared for those times, but I think it would be even better if I dealt with my anxiety or boredom another way. |
