I agree with Mneemnee and Towhook - it would be good if you review rules of Induction. Even better, read the book again. It really makes following the diet much easier and you avoid mistakes. 1. No animal stuff. 2. No added sugar. I use honey as sweetener as it wont harm. 3. Sprouts, fruits for breakfast. 4. Wheat rotis and leafy-vegies for lunch. I prefer it to be of protein content. 5.
