You can cautiously add low-carb convenience foods like low-carb shakes, bars, yogurt, ice cream bars during OWL. The net carbs per serving should be no more than five. Don't overdo it.

Some people stall when they use low-carb convenience foods. Be sure to keep track of your weight and your food intake, so you can stop eating the things that stall your weight loss.

Personally, I like the Safeway "Watch n Carbs" low-carb fudge bars (3 net carbs) because they're sweetened with erithrytol and sucralose (Splenda).

I also like the Dannon Light &Fit Carb and Sugar Control yogurt, also sweetened with sucralose. (also with 3 net carbs)

Both of these products contain low-fat milk, though, so they should be considered convenience foods and not a mainstay of your food plan.
