Thanks Tril! I am back on today and really trying to stay strict. I am going to try very hard to only drink water (for liquids) and to stay away from the sugar-free candies and atkins bars, etc. for now. I need to lose what I gained and get back on track. I really want to see 199.9 and I was only about 5 lbs away until this weekend.
Back on the horse!!! We are going to jump these hurdles and make it to the finish line!!!! |
