I finally lost some weight. I have been teetering between 205 and 207 for the past 2 1/2 weeks. It has been a bit frustrating but this morning I saw 204.8. It is still so close to 205, but I will take it for now. My goal was to be at 195 by next weekend but I do not see that happening. At this point I would be happy with 200 (ok, maybe 199.9). To be in Onederland again would be beyond fabulous!!!!
Sincerely, Going Strong on Week 4! ![]() |

Whoo hoo, Smerber and Page104!
Doesn't it feel great to clear a hurdle like that? It seems like once your body decides to finally let go of the weight level that it's been gripping onto for weeks, the weight begins to go off faster again for a while. It reminds me of somebody sliding down a hill and grabbing onto a branch for a while until resuming the slide. (I go hiking a lot.) ![]() |
